Steve Raab

Senior Manager

Steve is a CPA and is also an ASA and ABV which are business valuation accreditations. Steve joined the firm in 2014. Before then he was a Partner at Eisner Amper where he was in charge of the Philadelphia office Family Owned and Closely Held Business group in addition to the Business Valuation group.

Steve received his accounting degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He was on the track team and received “All Ivy” pole vaulter honors. He also received his Master’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island.

Steve is married with two daughters. Steve enjoys sports and being outside playing golf, tennis and kayaking with friends and family. He is the financial secretary for his parishes Knights of Columbus. He is also on the Investment Committee for the Bucks County Historical Society.

Lisa Wagner

Office Manager

Lisa graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Real Estate.  Lisa worked in the mortgage banking industry for 13 years in corporate accounting and as manager of tax and insurance department, before deciding to stay at home with her 3 daughters.  Lisa was active in the home and school associations as president for eight years.  She joined our firm in 2012 and is our office manager.

Lisa loves the beach, particularly Ocean City, NJ where her family has been vacationing for over 25 years!  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends.  Summers are her favorite, as she enjoys entertaining friends and family by her pool!

Shawn O’Neill, CPA

Tax Manager

Shawn joined the firm in December 2020. Shawn focuses on the firm’s individual and trust clients, providing accounting and tax services.

Shawn is experienced in working with high net worth individuals, trusts and business clients. He provides tax return preparation, along with tax projections and other tax services.

Shawn graduated from La Salle University with an MBA in accounting. He has worked in public accounting for over five years. Prior to joining the public accounting world, Shawn spent five years playing collegiate baseball at the University of Richmond and La Salle University. He also played two years professionally for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks and Gary SouthShore Railcats in the American Association. Outside of the office, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife Leigh Ann, his son Shawn and the rest of his family. He can also be found enjoying a round of golf, and watching all of the Philadelphia sports teams.

Elizabeth Wagner

Client Excellence Coordinator

Elizabeth recently joined the firm in 2021 as a Client Excellence Coordinator. She graduated from DeSales University with a B.A. in Dance in 2015. In addition to working at Jebran & Abraham she teaches all styles of dance and is an office manager at a dance studio. Elizabeth loves to travel and studied dance and performance in London. Some of her favorite hobbies are reading and choreographing. When she’s not working she loves watching movies and going to the beach!

Dianne Signoretta, CPA

Accounting Team Member

Dianne is a CPA with over twenty-five years of experience.  She has a B.S. in Accounting from Spring Garden College and started her career in healthcare.  For the past twenty years, she has focused on accounting and taxation for individuals and small businesses.  Getting to know the clients is her favorite part of being an accountant.

When Dianne is not working, her family keeps her busy.  She is active in her church and school communities, serving on her parish finance council, and also as the treasurer for the mothers’ club at her sons’ high school.  Her happy place is the beach, but she gets the greatest sense of peace when she is around the dinner table with her family, particularly if someone else prepares the meal.

Melissa Rommel

Accounting Team Member

Melissa joined the firm in 2021 bringing over 25 years’ experience in Bookkeeping –  in particular, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.  When not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and attending her children’s sporting events and activities. 

She enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, especially going to as many different baseball stadiums as they can to watch the Phillies play!

Donna Hinkson

Accounting Team Member

Donna has been with the firm since 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and banking.  She has experience working in finance, banking with federal regulators, municipal government and regional banks.

Donna is a graduate of Arcadia University.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going to the beach, traveling with friends and family and going out to dinner.

Virginia McCarthy

Accounting Team Member

Virginia McCarthy joined our firm in 2014 as a part-time bookkeeper.  She is happily married and a mother of two boys.  Before she joined our firm, she was a stay-at-home mom for eleven years until her youngest was finally old enough to be in school full time.

Her past work experience includes accounts receivable and accounts payable for a small camera store chain.  After a few years of gaining valuable bookkeeping experience there, she and her mother decided to open a consignment shop in the area.  Together they enjoyed working side by side for four successful years until she sold the business to stay at home and raise her first child.

In between her boys’ various sports activities and school events, Virginia, her husband Fred and sons Jack and Ryan enjoy vacation time either going up to the Pocono Mountains or going down to the Jersey Shore with extended family or friends.  On her downtime, she can be found alongside her husband participating in local car shows, attending events in and around the area or just relaxing at home enjoying her family!

Dayanara Calibugar

Accounting Team Member

Dayanara joined our firm in 2021. She graduated from Philippine School of Business Administration with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Her strong interest in solving math problems started her path towards Accounting.

With more than 5 years of experience, she has mastered the skill of analyzing and interpreting financial data and is conversant with accounting software applications. 

When she is not working, she enjoys hiking with friends, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and watching Netflix. She likes going to places with beautiful views and taking pictures.
