Managing Shareholder
Charles Jebran, CPA
Charlie is a man of many talents and experiences. After graduating from St. Joseph’s University, he spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), working with some of the firm’s prominent clients. He then spent the next 13 years with two regional firms, gaining valuable experience serving clients across a wide range of industries and business sizes. Charlie and his wife Diane reside in Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania, and in 2003, he founded the firm that would become Jebran & Abraham, P.C., drawing on his prior experience to help clients achieve their financial and business goals.
Charlie’s experience extends well beyond public accounting. While building the firm, he and his wife Diane partnered with two friends to develop and operate two Dunkin’ Donuts franchise locations, one of which included a Baskin-Robbins. From negotiating contracts and leases to hiring staff and managing day-to-day operations, Charlie gained firsthand experience as a multi-unit franchise owner. That perspective continues to shape how he advises franchise and business clients today.
In addition to his professional work, Charlie pursued a long-standing passion for football officiating. Beginning in 1991, he served as a referee at the high school and collegiate levels, including Division II and III, before joining the Colonial, Ivy, and Patriot Leagues in 2011. His career highlights include officiating the 2005 Pennsylvania state championship and the Harvard vs. Yale game at the Yale Bowl in front of more than 50,000 spectators. He retired from officiating in 2019 to focus on other interests, including golf and fishing.
Charlie also serves his community through various leadership roles. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Children’s Museum, serves on the Foundation Board of Doylestown Health, and sits on the finance committee of Doylestown Country Club.
Drawing on decades of experience as a CPA, business owner, and franchise operator, Charlie is also the author of Franchisee Fortune, a practical guide for franchise owners focused on profitability, clarity, and long-term success.
